Stephanie Hunt is a writer in Charleston, South Carolina, a regular contributor to Veranda and the author of Veranda At Home in the South and Veranda Simply Chic. A native Southerner, she writes about style and design and community and culture for a number of publications, including Coastal Living, Southern Living, LUXE, The Washington Post, and Charleston Magazine. Steele Thomas Marcoux is the editor of Veranda and a veteran of the design publishing industry, having served in senior editorial roles at Country Living, Coastal Living, and Southern Living. She serves on the board of directors for the Alabama School of Fine Arts in Birmingham, where she lives with her husband, two sons, and dog.
