The Picasso Heist is a true story--except for the parts that aren't. It's about organized crime, power-hungry officials, filthy rich Manhattan art people, and a twenty-two-year-old thief who stole from them all. One of the rules of the Witness Protection Program is that you're not allowed to profit off the reason they stick you in it.
