Elisabeth Carlsson is a Swede who has lived in Madrid and New York and has now made her home in London with her husband, three children, a Cavapoo named Ella, and her cat, Frida. She spent many years in publishing but is now a trained nutritional therapist helping clients achieve health and balance in their lives. Elisabeth balances her own hectic life with simple pleasures like lots of walks in nature, taking time out for fika moments, lighting candles, and cooking seasonal foods inspired from her childhood growing up in the Swedish countryside.
